This lovingly kept shop sells the crème de la crème of the food and wine from the local area and some from elsewhere in the Campania region. There is charcuterie in the form of hams, sausages, soppressata cured dry sausages and capocollo (dry-cured shoulder of pork). Then there are special cheeses like caciocavallo from Podolic cows’ milk, buffalo mozzarella and pecorino from the Carmasciano area. Not to mention preserves in oil and the wines, notably the Aglianico and Falanghina.
