The villa based in Recale in XVIII Century was the summer residence of the Guevara family, dukes of Bivino who came here when the royal family and its court moved from Naples to Caserta. The park has an extension of 17 thousand square meters and is profoundly inspired by the not too far Reggia di Caserta. The Italian garden, built by alleys, marble statues and water games is perfectly blended with an ancient holms wood and a variety of flowers : Agapanthus, roses, waterlilies and a rare variety of purple camellias.
