Hortus Conclusus is a garden and an open-air art gallery made by local artist Mimmo Paladino who was born near Benevento in the small village of Paduli. The entrance is from a small side alley of Corso Garibaldi, Vico Noce. Conceived as an open-air exhibition space, the Hortus is an enjoyable and rather mysterious location, brightened by the colors of roses, lilies and palm trees and surrounded by allegoric sculptures.
