Enjoying excellent views from its setting in an outlying hamlet of Sant’Agata de’ Goti, this B&B occupies a fine 17th-century palazzo made of grey tuff stone, judiciously restored. A lobby-lounge leads to its four spacious rooms, which each have different furnishings and colour schemes. Your hosts are Carmine, who is a true master craftsman in the kitchen, and his wife Maria Carmela, whose breakfast cakes and jams are a great way to start the day. Unsurprisingly, they run occasional residential cookery courses.
