There is a real oasis of flavour here in the historic centre of Sant’Agata de’ Goti. Half a century of expertise and tradition has gone into the preparation of hand-made ice creams with natural ingredients and no artificial additives. Some of the flavours are very original, like the local Annurca apple. The house specials include the Normangelo, a kind of cold nougat made with crema primavera, sponge biscuit and candied cherry sandwiched between two layers of gianduia nut chocolate.
